Meat ball is one of the most representative street food in Taiwan, whether they are steamed, deep-fried or pan-fried. Fu Ji Meat Ball has earned a high reputation for decades nationwide by its distinctive taste and quality. Sometimes I am stunned by their incredible insistence that every meat ball is made at the right one like other ones within the smoky bamboo cage. To some extent, making food is the perfect combination of science and art, that the delicacy of the final produce results from imagination and a clear working procedure.
